We are not going to tell you that you need to do this or that to succeed. Marketing Maintenance Plans
After helping numerous businesses to launch, rebrand, adapt, and grow, we’ve come up with a system that is efficient, flexible, and provides the support that you need to build your business.
- This is for you if you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and doing some of the work to market and grow their business.
- This is not for you if you want a completely done-for-you solution where you don’t have to think about your marketing (we offer those services as well, but they are more expensive!)
The 2x4 To-Do List
The starting point for all of our ongoing support plans is the 4×4 plan, which includes:
- 4 marketing tasks that you can enact yourself. These could include social media posts, asking for reviews, capturing a story, creating an email campaign, or reaching out to old clients. Regardless, this will be a short to-do list that will help your business to grow.
- A 2-minute video that explains these tasks and helps you understand what to prioritize and how to best approach your to-do list.
A Foundation for Renovation, Monthly

- Our 2×4 plan – a monthly marketing plan with 4 tasks, delivered to you in a 2 minute video
- One monthly email, designed and delivered by us
- One 30-minute check-in per month which can be used to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot problems, or review the plan
- 6-month strategy session where we cover the effectiveness of our campaigns and how your website is ranking on Google
Cost: $225/month

Great, we have the ability to add more tasks to help you grow, like monthly blog posts, social media plans, promotions and more.
